About 'Building for the Future'

  • This blog chronicles 'Building for the Future', a £1.5 million project to create a new hall and other facilities for St Silas' Episcopal Church, Glasgow, Scotland. First envisioned in 1999, the idea is to replace the 19th century hall with one that will provide excellent disabled access, meeting spaces, catering facilities, toilets and offices. In addition, the intention is that 10% of all funds raised will be used to support development work in other parts of the world. For example, at present we support a project in Tufa, Ethiopia, which will bring water to a whole community. Please read about what God is doing with us, and consider giving your support.

DVD Problem

We apologise that there is a problem with a small batch of the 'Building for the Future' DVDs. The faulty dvds contain promotional material for a clothing firm, which we will raise with the duplicating company.

Please return any of these dvds received to our office, and in return we will send out a proper version:
